Sabrina’s is a beloved Philadelphia brunch spot, known for its lighthearted vibe & comfort food for over 20 years. With the goal of becoming a nationally recognized brunch destination, as they planned the opening of their PHL airport location, I was tapped to take Sabrina's to the modern day. Gathering stories from long time patrons and the Sabrina's staff, a plethora of illustrations and character took shape and informed the quirky, contemporary, and all around uplifting identity of Sabrina's.
