BPG The Press: A new era for BPG

The Press is a combination of townhome-style and high rise apartments with a central courtyard and self service lobby cafe amenity. The new construction project consists of a 243-unit complex coming Summer 2025 to Orange Street in Wilmington, DE. Dubbed ‘The Press,’ it takes the place of a previously vacant surface lot, on the site of what was a local newspaper press and operation.
